ChairPro Inc. ("ChairPro," "we," "our," or "us") provides booking, payments, marketing, and business management tools for professional service providers ("Tenants"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose information in connection with the ChairPro platform (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information from Tenants, from Customers who interact with the Service, and automatically through use of the platform.

Tenant Information: We collect information provided by Tenants, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, physical addresses (including billing and business locations), and social media identifiers.

We also collect content uploaded by Tenants, including images, branding assets, and other materials used to operate their storefronts.

Customer Information: Customers provide information directly through the Service when creating bookings or interacting with Tenant pages. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and booking-related information such as selected services, appointment details, and service history generated through use of the platform.

ChairPro processes this information to provide booking, scheduling, communications, and related functionality on behalf of the Tenant.

Payments Information: Payments are processed entirely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. ChairPro does not receive or have access to Customers' payment card information.

We may receive limited transaction-related information, such as status, amount, and timestamps, necessary to support the Service.

Calendar Integration: If a Tenant connects a calendar service, we receive only the information necessary to read availability and create or update bookings.

Usage and Technical Data: We automatically collect usage data, including device information, browser type, IP address, log data, and interaction data.

We use analytics and tracking technologies to understand usage patterns, improve performance, and support product development.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and provide the Service
  • Enable booking, scheduling, and calendar synchronization
  • Facilitate payment workflows through third-party providers
  • Send transactional communications
  • Enable communications initiated by Tenants, including email and SMS campaigns
  • Segment Customers based on booking activity and service history
  • Improve functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

ChairPro makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service functions as intended but does not guarantee performance, deliverability, or outcomes.

3. Communications and Marketing

The Service allows Tenants to communicate with their Customers, including through email and SMS.

By submitting their contact information through the Service, Customers consent to receive communications related to bookings and services. Customers may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

Tenants are responsible for configuring and managing their communications and for complying with applicable laws governing messaging and marketing.

ChairPro provides the infrastructure for delivery but does not guarantee message delivery, timing, or effectiveness.

ChairPro may send transactional or service-related communications necessary to operate the platform.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with third-party service providers as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including providers supporting payments, infrastructure, communications, analytics, and content delivery.

We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose information:

  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To enforce our Terms of Service
  • To protect rights, safety, or property
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and improve performance.

An essential session cookie is used for authentication and access to account areas.

We also use analytics and tracking technologies to understand user behavior and improve the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill business, legal, and security obligations.

Customer data collected through the Service is retained at the direction of the Tenant, subject to operational and legal requirements.

After account closure or upon valid request, we will delete or anonymize data where feasible, subject to legal retention requirements and system limitations.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

ChairPro may process and store data in the United States and other jurisdictions.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information across borders, including to countries that may have different data protection laws.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information.

Requests can be submitted to support@chairpro.studio and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Tenants are responsible for handling requests from their Customers.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers. ChairPro is not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
